ZiU-682G 106. Line 3, Vokzal-bound. One of the newest at the time of this photo trolleybuses built by the Engels factory. The trolleybus cruises through the forest in the vicinity of the secret missile installation complex known as Lepeshkovaya Gora - the real name is the State Missile Center (the Russian abbreviation is KBTs), or the Makeev Design Bureau (KBM). The small 50-meter line to the facility and the Lepeshkovaya Gora (KBTs, KBM) Loop are located nearby. Picture-taking near the facility itself, however, is not welcomed, thus the above mentioned loop will not be covered in this report. The very first trolleybus line, opened 01 Feb 1985, had specifically served the Lepeshkovaya Gora missile complex. (26 Jan 2008, YM) |

True to the image of operational reliability that is maintained by the local trolleybus undertaking, during the shooting trolleybuses showed up on the given Saturday morning with exceptional predictability, according to the schedule, on the strictly maintained 4-5 min headway.
