Kvartal V-7 Terminal
LiAZ-VZTM-5280
Previously known as the Kvartal V-7/V-8 Terminal, this stop was the official endpoint for all services terminating within the northern apartment block developments. In 2012 the terminal for Lines 3A and 4A that operate in the clockwise direction was officially moved to the Kvartal V-9 Stop. The Kvartal V-7 Stop remained the terminal for Lines 3 and 4.

Kvartal V-7 Terminal
BTZ-52761R, LiAZ-VZTM-5280
Despite trolleybuses following a loop through northern developments of apartment blocks, the Kvartal V-7 Stop remains a dispatch location, with all trolleybuses pausing here mid-route through the loop for lengthy layovers. This effectively undermines the purpose and convenience of the circular service pattern.
