In Noviy Gorod numbered routes are arranged to loop around clockwise, while same numbered routes with the letter 'A' are looping counterclockwise. Line 5A was the most popular service in the year this photo was taken. It is a short run of Line 1A, designed to cut back on trolleybus runs to deserted industrial areas.
